Purpose of the Position:
∙ To plan, direct, coordinate and continually improve all maintenance functions to assure that buildings, services, and equipment are available, reliable, and operating at peak efficiency.
∙ Responsible for OJT activities and trainees, to assure training programs
∙ To cooperate with other departments to maximize performance and equipment up-time.
∙ Ensure the plant facilities are clean, safe, and present a world class appearance.
∙ As coordinator between plant and Local power company and energy committee of government.
∙ To ensure plant utility supply is reliable all the time.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
∙ To study and prepare the yearly budget.
∙ To investigate the mechanization and rationalization of the concerned equip. for utility service.
∙ Solving utility service problem.
∙ Maintain and work in Class cleanrooms.
∙ Manage small projects.
∙ Customer service orientation
∙ Maintain effective communications with management, contractors.
∙ Bridging the gaps of design spec, btw, the user spec.
∙ Instruct and training subordinators.
∙ Coordinating the concerned production dept.
∙ Internal reporting.
∙ Evaluate the subordinate and department performance.
∙ To study practicable way of energy saving.
∙ Develop and execute the emergency response and recovering plan.
Education & Experience:
∙ DI water process, process water pump operation, CDA (compressor Dryer Air) system, clean room, waste water treatment, High Voltage electrical.
∙ Extensive work experience in utility services.
∙ Analysis skill: PM analysis, SWOT analysis, KT Method, S.P.C.
∙ Maintenance concept: Preventive Maintenance, T P M, Basic maintenance concept.
∙ Education in a notable university or institute majoring in chemical, mechanical, electrical, or related fields at least 10 years supervisor position.
∙ Familiar with the following Plant utility equipment: operation and trouble shooting and maintenance experience.
