Day to Day Responsibilities:


  • Ensure smooth import & export operation and project equipment duty exemption handle process
  • Coordinate/apply project equipment pre-shipment inspection/on-site inspection
  • Forwarder performance management, including KPI review, freight payment request, and quotation maintain, etc.
  • Import/Export management with custom clearance accuracy and on time delivery
  • Set-up appropriate processes for receipt and dispatch of goods to manage inventory accuracy without shortages
  • Execute shipping plans and ensure on time delivery to meets agreed-to customer expectations
  • Manage FS/FG/Packing Material/MRO parts inventory to set up good layout and processes to manage overall logistics operations
  • Manage 3PL/4PL vendor performance to support daily operation needs of business
  • Set up cycle count process and organize physical counting
  • Manage warehouse operation excellence on material handling to meet plant safety and security and IA policy
  • Work with Asia Logistics Team and planning team to develop logistics operation plans to ensure lower cost and reliable supply
  • ERP system transaction operation and warehouse relating reports
  • Provide logistics solution and continuous improvement


    Education & Experience  

  • University graduation or above, major in international trade, Supply Chain management, Logistics, Transportation or related field is preferred.
  • 5 + years, import/export/process trade working experience and 3+ years warehouse experience
  • 3 + years supervisor experience
  • Manufacturing working experience is MUST


    Required Skills                                                

  • Familiar with customs and CIQ regulations on import/export/process trade/duty exemption
  • Able to work independently
  • English writing, reading, listening and speaking skill
  • Strong data analysis skill
  • Good leadership skill
  • Excel, Word, Power Point
