Position Description

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:
•Develop CMMS to maintenance daily troubleshooting and improvement to maximize equipment efficiency.
•To performed the plant’s preventive maintenance system with CMMS.
•In charge of CMMS data set up man de-bug technology transfer from vendor.
•Develops and maintains records for maintenance department.
•Develops new line CMMS set up and Maintenance report system in CMMS.
•Manage Maintenance spare parts and Audit.
•Tracking maintenance cost and provides data to engineer and other related people.
•Managing and modifying CMMS data including the master equipment list, PM/PdM databases.
•Managing system work flow and coordinating with the Planner and Scheduler.

 

Education & Experience
•Education: Bachelor Degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or other engineering related.
•Experience: 3 years in Equipment maintenance and IT Database maintenance 1 year at least.

 

Required Skills
•Statistic knowledge
•Knowledge of ISO9001/OSHA14000 management system.
•Habit of PCPD, 5S, Management Of Change.
•Familiar with Micro-soft Office and PC skill.
•A basic understanding of standard maintenance work processes.
•Knowledge of LEAN/ DMAIC/ TPM Skill.
•CET4 and above (Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese).
•Computer level 2, Excel VBA is plus.
