Purpose of the Position:

  • Due to the China WH plant expansion with new enclosure design, Wuhan plant engineering would like to provide the operation document & monitor system for daily operation needs for environment/product quality control.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Define the Finishing enclosure design specification with Division, perform the qualification documents and build up the baseline through enclosure monitoring system.
  • Enclosure design work improvement using accepted good airflow management design principles, HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning) principles and link with product quality, cost and safety requirement.
  • Migrated the good practices from sister plants for Finishing environment improvement actions.
  • Establishes the troubleshooting guide/OCAP while Finishing environment performance upset.
  • Cooperate with process team to determine the opportunities of product quality improvement through environment improvement.
  • Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed


Education & Experience  

  • Bachelor Degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering or other engineering related
  • 4+ years’ work experience at least

  • Mechanical, Engineering skills/experience
  • HVAC / AHU design and best practices
  • Clean room design and operations understanding
  • Understand process control concept, and capable on process data analysis
  • Data analysis
  • Report & presentation skill
  • English communication Skill


Desired Skills  

  • AHU (air handling unit) experience
  • CAD software (Auto CAD – 2D/3D) and Sold Works
  • Project management skill
  • Understanding of equipment mechanical and control
  • Experience in implementing DMAIC methodology and leading 6-sigma project
