Day to Day Responsibilities:  Understand customers’ technologies in order to provide proposal for internal product improvement regularly  Gathers prioritized customer product requirements and transfer them into internal documents.  Ensures a theoretical basis exists for current global product specifications and future product requirements  Close working with customers to solve customer issues through systematic approach on problem understand, hypothesis generating and solution identification. Education  University graduate and Master degree is a plus  Major in Engineering & Science are preferable Experience  Working experience in customer interface, Product development, technical project management in high matrix organization  At least 1~2 years working experiences in related areas  At least 3~4 years working experience in display industries, including panel maker, equipment vendor, material vendors and OEM/ODM. Well understood key display technologies, process and design  Knowledge  Display technologies, panel manufacturing processes, display key parts and processes and equipment  Skills  Ability to envision technical market trends and build appropriate roadmaps  Ability to interact effectively with customers, and other industry leaders and represent on technical issues  Ability to interact effectively with internal groups to assure programs are in place so products meet customers’ evolving technical requirements  Ability to network throughout TFT-LCD value chain  Ability to set actions and follow through with a sense of urgency.  Ability to work and communicate across varied Asian cultures  Fluent in English and Chinese  Commercial savvy, can prioritize issues  Well organized, process oriented, systematic approach to problem solving  Ability to influence customer technology decisions, when appropriate, through compelling technical and business justifications.  Strong technical / analytical skills…Detail oriented  Strong desire to manage business relationships using combination of data driven analysis, strategic thinking, networking and strong interpersonal skills  Good communicator. Ability to present ideas using diverse media
