Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls
- Register and greet visitors including issuing visitors cards based on security system requirement
- Prepare the welcome board and badges for visitors
- Process incoming and outgoing mails, including express deliveries
- Make travel and hotel arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel reservations for visitors
- Prepare and update the company extension list on time
- Collect CHCL employee expense reports and ensure accurate handover to CSSA for payment processing
- Order stationeries, business cards and fast food meals per request
- Order newspaper and magazines annually
- Settle Admin expenses for mail delivery and flight tickets etc. on a monthly basis
- Issue PR for Admin expense
- Dispatch company cars and keep a record of vehicle itinerary to control their cost
- Apply badge with proper public access for new hires as defined and securities’ requirements
- Prepare birthday cards monthly
- Supporting company events including Family Day, Annual Dinner, Team building.
- Assist interview arrangement
- Be flexible, complete general office work as discussed from time to time with immediate supervisor
Education & Experience
- 2 years relative experience in foreign invest company.
