Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls
  • Register and greet visitors including issuing visitors cards based on security system requirement
  • Prepare the welcome board and badges for visitors
  • Process incoming and outgoing mails, including express deliveries
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements including air ticket booking, hotel reservations for visitors
  • Prepare and update the company extension list on time
  • Collect CHCL employee expense reports and ensure accurate handover to CSSA for payment processing
  • Order stationeries, business cards and fast food meals per request  
  • Order newspaper and magazines annually
  • Settle Admin expenses for mail delivery and flight tickets etc. on a monthly basis
  • Issue PR for Admin expense
  • Dispatch company cars and keep a record of vehicle itinerary to control their cost
  • Apply badge with proper public access for new hires as defined and securities’ requirements
  • Prepare birthday cards monthly
  • Supporting company events including Family Day, Annual Dinner, Team building.
  • Assist interview arrangement
  • Be flexible, complete general office work as discussed from time to time with immediate supervisor

Education & Experience  

  • 2 years relative experience in foreign invest company.
